Platform Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service. We are not liable for account actions taken by TikTok.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including API outages, platform changes, or internet disruptions.

Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida.
