HYPE Store Credit System & Refund Guidelines

At TikHype, we strive to provide high-quality services to help you grow your TikTok presence. This policy outlines our refund procedures, HYPE store credit system, and refill guarantees.

1. HYPE Store Credit System

HYPE is our proprietary store credit system designed to ensure you never lose value from failed or cancelled orders.

1.1 When HYPE Credits Are Issued

We issue HYPE credits instead of traditional refunds in the following situations:

  • Incorrect username provided (e.g., typos, wrong account)
  • Account set to private during order processing
  • API failures or technical issues on our end
  • Order cancellation before processing begins
  • Service temporarily unavailable for the requested platform
  • Failed verification of target account
  • Any other technical error preventing order completion

1.2 HYPE Credit Terms

  • Value: 1 HYPE = $1 USD
  • Expiration: HYPE credits expire 12 months from the date of issuance
  • Usage: Can be applied to any TikHype service
  • Non-transferable: HYPE credits cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Non-refundable: HYPE credits cannot be converted back to cash
  • Combinable: Multiple HYPE credit balances can be combined for larger orders

Important HYPE Credit Policies:

  • Expired HYPE credits cannot be reinstated or extended
  • HYPE credits have no cash value and cannot be sold or bartered
  • We reserve the right to void HYPE credits obtained through fraudulent means
  • Account termination results in forfeiture of all HYPE credits

2. Free Refill Guarantee

We guarantee to refill any lost engagement for 30 days after your purchase at no additional cost.

Social media platforms regularly update algorithms and perform cleanups. If you experience drops in purchased followers, likes, views, comments, or shares within the guarantee period, we will refill them free of charge. Refills are subject to the same delivery timeframes as original orders.

3. Cash Refund Eligibility

Cash refunds (via original payment method) are only available in these limited circumstances:

  • Complete Non-Delivery: Zero delivery after 14 days from purchase date
  • Duplicate Charges: Accidental double-billing for the same order
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Proven fraudulent use of payment method
  • Service Discontinuation: If we permanently discontinue a service you pre-ordered

Note: In all other cases, including partial delivery or user errors, HYPE credits will be issued instead of cash refunds.

4. Refund & HYPE Credit Exclusions

Neither refunds nor HYPE credits will be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order processing has begun
  • Natural fluctuations in engagement metrics
  • Account banned or suspended due to user's violation of platform terms
  • Content removed by user or platform after delivery
  • Dissatisfaction with engagement quality (all engagement meets our advertised standards)
  • Orders placed while violating our Terms of Service
  • Attempting to "test" our service with intent to request refund
  • Using our services in conjunction with competitors' services
  • Drops occurring after the 30-day refill guarantee period
  • Username changes during order processing
  • Geolocation restrictions preventing delivery

5. Request Process

5.1 How to Request Refunds, HYPE Credits, or Refills

  2. Include: Order number, TikTok username, purchase date, and detailed description
  3. Attach screenshots showing the issue (required for all requests)
  4. Allow 48-72 hours for initial response

5.2 Review Process

Our team will investigate each request by:

  • Verifying order details against our records
  • Checking delivery status with our API providers
  • Reviewing account status and compliance
  • Determining appropriate resolution (refill, HYPE credit, or refund)

6. Processing Timeframes

  • HYPE Credit Issuance: Instant upon approval
  • Refill Processing: 24-72 hours after approval
  • Cash Refunds: 5-10 business days (payment processor dependent)
  • Investigation Period: Complex cases may require up to 7 days

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our resolution:

  1. First attempt: Reply to the resolution email with additional evidence
  2. Escalation: Request manager review (allow 5 business days)
  3. Final option: Formal dispute through your payment provider

Warning: Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution through our support team will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all HYPE credits.

8. Legal Disclaimers & Limitations

Limitation of Liability: TikHype's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Platform Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service. We are not liable for account actions taken by TikTok.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including API outages, platform changes, or internet disruptions.

Policy Modifications: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida.
